We had our Thanksgiving celebration here on Saturday the 24th. We had our pre-dinner cocktails with friends at 3:00 and our Thanksgiving meal at 5:00. We were treated to turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, asparagus with sauteed red onions and red peppers, salad, rolls and peeled shrimp & cocktail sauce. Dessert was pecan pie, pumpkin pie, pumpkin cheesecake, a flourless chocolate cake and many other things we didn't have room for. It was quite the feast and our galley staff did a great job.
